This is my first post so let me know if I need some "advice" on proper etiquette. I took a critical thinking test awhile back and didn't do well; which is probably why I remember the questions. There are three questions which I will post separately. This test is supposedly used by companies to test an applicants ability to think "outside the box".

1. A baseball and bat cost $1.10 total. The bat is a dollar more than the baseball. How much does the baseball cost?

Pretty simple question isn't it?
