13 because it's the only one with a numeral 1
39 because it's the only non prime odd number
43 because the difference in the numerals is 1
58 because it's the only one with one even numeral
82 because it's the only one with all even numerals

although I shouldn't answer this because I've always found them arbitrary...

39 is the odd one ... all the numbers but 39 can be written in the form of 3K+1, for some natural number K.

The spoiler works fine for me. I was just surprised non of the posts prior to mine used a spoiler ... so a kind of a thread where you don't need to use spoilers. Actually, it makes sense because as you said different ppl with come with different logical explanation.

It was great puzzle.
