What about the letter L? Couldn't you draw it with equal legs and divide it diagonally? (Would be similar to a rotated V)
But the two legs of L are not equal.
How about "N"?

You could draw the letters however you wanted, but the height of an L is generally longer than the width. If you bend this rule for L, then you open up a huge can of worms in which there will be many people discussing many different points such as the fact that the K is actually written where the bottom, right leg runs into the upper, right leg and not the left line and the top hump on a B is smaller than the bottom hump.
I WOULD AGREE. ALSO, N DOES HAVE ROTATIONAL SYMMETRY.
