Brush Up Mafia II will be called "Domed" and is open for sign-ups and constructive criticism. I'm trying out a new role (it's kind off an experiment for myself as well), at least for the sign ups, so the original roles may be slightly different.

Here is a thought for larger mafia games
Jail/Kidnapping - Multi players taken - two at night two in the day.
They get BTSC and can form a new group
Jail breakers abilities are randomly jumbled.
One will die in the escape attempt, one will pass on knowledge and two will simply escape
They get to choose who takes one for the team, who's ability is outed and which two simply escape.
Few Things..
the capture must not be put in the posts
It may be possible to announce a breakout though. It can also be kept quite, it can also be kept secret.
Can be used as a role for an Indy role that must kidnap a given number to form a new group.
It probably works better when there are at least twenty players
Can adapt to a given value of captives three to five.
Once captured, the team must severe any other BTSC.........

..but too big (24 players ideal can adapt to more)... Thunderbirds, Stingray, Spectrum and Fireball XL5 are go - with Joe 90 master of espionage!!! three independents (captain Black, The Hood and Titan,) and two chaos rules causing night to follow night or day to follow day in certain conditions..

***Also, this is where this thread is going to be able to come in very handy. We have a large mafia and a small mafia each a spot away from being ready to go. If Brush Up gets filled up by another newbie to mafia, would we have Ye Olde Mafia wait or have Brush Up wait?

IMO, let's go chronologically with which sign up was posted first, if all the mafias lined up are going to have all the spots filled at approximately the same time.

Beyond that, the hosts should also work together to decide who should go first; in this case, PM is more than welcomed to start before me, no matter whose roster fills up first.

Great job scsw for handling that. I'd love to see all the non-technical discussions on this stuff happen here. As for now we have a lot of mafia in the works and when Ye Olde is over, I would ask that people begin posting which mafia's are ready 100% in this thread and then decide which one is to go next. Then have that person put up the sin-up thread

Hi everyone,

As you can see this thread has been pinned at the top of the Games section thanks to our wonderful site administrator. I would ask that if you would like to host any Mafia Games or any type of related game that you sign up for, that you place your idea in this thread so we don't have too many games going on at once. Also when sign ups are open on your thread, please post a link in here so everyone can go and sign up!

For those of you who want a quick explanation about how Mafia works on this site (if you have played somewhere else before), a host designs the roles in a game and would post his/her idea here and once it is cleared that his/her game is to be next, he/she puts up a sign-up thread. Once all the spots are filled, the game begins.

If you are new to Mafia completely, simply read the thread entitled Newbies Guide to Mafia and once you think you have it down, join in any open game
