Question

Like in childhood, loving to swing.

Back and forth, then the next thing.

Constant rotation; ‘round and ‘round.

Every second is what should be found.

Needing someone? Very ready to go.

Authorized person; on with the show.

Not right, but I would love for you to explain :)

Glad to see it interested you enough (or bugged you enough) to take it home and think more :)

Very cool. It's always fun to see how different minds can read the same thing, and get different ideas :)

Glad you like it :) You are very close with one of your guesses. Going to drive you a little more nuts though, and not tell you which guess. Sorry ^_^

Edit: @JKB, didn't see your other guess, oops. Not that.

Rotate?

Rotate?

Doesn't fit the "Every second" part I don't think but give it a try.

and yes enjoying this one frequently

No not that. But I will give you a "good job" because DD got it, and gives props to you :)

alternate? (If right, most credit goes to Hambone I think. I wouldn't have made the jump without his guess)

That'd be it! Great job to you for getting it. hambone may have lead you there, but you figured out which word was on the right track. You got it :)

Yes DD that has to be it, I could not think of the words to replace 'shift' I agree that should do it. -_-
